The role will consist of a variety of tasks however mostly based around personal assistant support, administration and customer service.
- Day-to-day diary management
- Reporting and expense management
- Proactively establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Administrative support to the wider team

- What you'll need to succeed
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant or strong administrator to take on a new challenge. In order to succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following :
- A high level of professionalism
- Articulate communication skills with the ability to communication clearly and concisely
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- 2-3 years administration experience
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast pace and diverse organisation
- Strong technical skills with MS Office
