About the Role : Based in Perth on a permanent full-time basis, we are seeking a genuinely passionate and motivatedOperations Manager to lead several of our northern Perth centres.

Reporting to the State Manager of WA, you will join a team of collaborative and supportive Operations Managers across the state, working together to drive performance of each self-storage centre in your operational area.

This is a role that demands exceptional leadership - you will be responsible for managing and leading the human, physical, and financial resources of your centres on a day-to-day basis, ensuring consistent operational effectiveness and excellence across the board.
