- Multiple temporary positions available, offering full-Time Hours on a 6 month contract (likely to be extended)
- Paying $37.86 per + super
- Numerous start dates now available with the first start date commencing in August
- Monday - Friday scheduled roster provided in advance
- scheduled hours are between 8am-8pm (applicants must be available during this time period)

Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiriesDeliver accurate and timely informationEscalate complex issues when requiredMaintain accurate records across multiple systemsAdhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)What we are looking for
Customer service experts that have a genuine passion for helping their customersPrevious experience in a busy customer-focused role (contact centre experience a bonus!)Resilient, positive, and solution-focused - skills that are essential for this position!The ability to work autonomously as well as a team settingClear communication skills and strong attention to detailA Tech savvy approach when it comes to using a dual screen, multiple systems and a headsetAvailable for the next 6 months (no leave or holidays planned)Consider before applying
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for atleast 6 monthsApplicants must have access to 100 points of ID and be able and willing to pass a criminal history check (cost covered by Randstad)Applicants must be able to pass a drug & alcohol check as apart of the onboarding process (cost covered by Randstad)Our team is hosting multiple assessment centres over the coming weeks and we would love to see you there!
