About the Opportunity :

As a Clinical Midwife Educator, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering midwifery education, mentoring junior staff and new graduates, facilitating simulation training, and supporting accreditation processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping best practices through policy development and staff education. Collaborating closely with the clinical leadership team and maternity managers, you will contribute to excellence in maternity care.
Please note : This position is advertised as working 16 hours per week. If you are a full-time applicant and wish to retain your existing assignment, the appointed hours will be 14 hours per week.
What You'll be Doing :
Deliver and evaluate clinical education programs in consultation with Management, Midwifery Educators, and Clinical Midwifery Consultants, to support the delivery of clinical best practice, patient service, and enhanced patient outcomes.
