We are searching for a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager to join our Sales team, so that we can expand our footprint across the healthcare sector and deliver RLDatix solutions to new clients. The Business Development Manager will drive new business opportunities and revenue growth to support RLDatix's mission of enabling safer, more efficient healthcare delivery.
How You'll Spend Your Time
Prospecting new clients and leads to drive new business and open new opportunitiesCollaborating with the marketing team to acquire and communicate market intelligenceQualifying sales opportunities in order to build a strong and strategic pipelineNegotiating commercial contracts to close deals and meet quarterly sales targetsBuilding long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer trust and business expansion

Proven experience in selling within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environmentDemonstrated success in closing deals and selling to both warm and greenfield accountsIn-depth knowledge of strategic sales planning and account developmentAbility to commute to Melbourne office on a hybrid scheduleSincere interest in improving healthcare delivery through technologyA knack for working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
