The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for efficiently overseeing and administering council’s corporate applications and business systems.
Working in a customer focussed IT team, this position also engages with the council business units; acts as a trusted advisor by providing sound professional advice; assists in introducing, developing, and enhancing business applications, integrations, and related processes.

Reporting to Team leader Applications, the primary purpose of the Applications Support Analyst is to design, develop, support, and promote Council's core systems and applications and enhance the organisation's application systems in accordance with organisational strategies.
