We are currently seeking an experienced, service-focused
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient co-ordination of daily activities in the Housekeeping department. Co-ordinate the administration function, attend to phone calls and handle requests as required. Communicate and delegate housekeeping tasks to housekeeping team members.
You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.
The Office Co-ordinator MUST be available Monday to Sunday, 5.30 am to 1.30 pm for a rotating roster as a minimum. The office co-ordination shift will commence from 5.30am - 9.30am - then followed up with supervison up on the floors.
You must have at least 5 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
