76,000 gross per annum + 10.5% superannuation + 0-1-month bonus + 4 weeks annual leave

• The Role

Manage a portfolio of mid-tier client accounts through all stages of the client journey of onboarding, engagement, upsell and retention for the Australasia business.

Key responsibilities :

• Professional account planning and engagement across client portfolio
• Develop pipeline of additional service solutions to meet growth sales targets
• Develop strategies to drive utilisation of client services to create brad loyalty
• Drive a functional team to drive the timely retention of client contracts and sales growth
• Ensure utilisation of services through stakeholder mapping and relationship building
• Direct the use of digital tools to of all contractual responsibilities

5 years of proven sales & account management experience in a B2B ideally professional services capacity

• Proven relationship builder with client-centric focus
• Ideally suited to someone interested in international relations, global healthcare or security
• Strong problem solver, curious nature and critical thinker with an eye for detail
• Experience in Sales Methodology and Process (Miller-Heiman Types of Buyers and Value based Selling knowledge would be advantageous)
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Degree qualified
