The Domain Lead participates as a member of the School leadership team in shared decision-making, ensuring that School goals align with the University's objectives and strategic direction as a Catholic university.To perform this position, it is essential that the person be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.

It is a genuine occupational qualification, under 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW), that applicants are Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander people.
