Agile Scrum Master Nv1

Australian Citizens With NV1 Clearance previous defence experience preferred.

Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certifications. Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or agile coach, fostering agile transformation within organisations. Deep understanding of agile principles, values, and practices, with experience in implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members and stakeholders. Experience working with agile project management tools like Jira, including configuring agile boards, managing backlogs, and generating reports. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage ambiguity, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with the Defence Strategic Framework, Defence Capability Life Cycle and the related governance requirements. Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, DevSecOps, test and evaluation in development operations, ICT governance frameworks and maintenance and operations environments (ITIL, SIAM). #J-18808-Ljbffr
