Our client is a global industry leader specialising in the niche and exciting field of experiential marketing, helping their clients engage with their customers in unique and innovative ways. Our client has a dedicated team that creates strategies for some of the world's well-known brands and is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Part-Time Payroll Officer. If you have a passion for accuracy, attention to detail, please apply!

Reporting directly to the CFO, your responsibilities will include :

  • Processing and maintaining accurate payroll records for all employees.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
  • Assisting with end of month reporting related to payroll.
  • Processing new employee's contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)
  • Managing leave entitlements and payments & communication with staff on balances and closure dates etc.
  • Answering general payroll enquiries & Resolving payroll issues
  • The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience using Xero and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task
