Job descriptionThe role will consist of the following Customer account maintenance. Credit control. Payment processing. Collections Management. Reconciliations. Perform bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support the Finance Team. Relevant qualification / s. Administrative / Business training certificate. Prior experience in the XERO and ERP systems is highly desirable. Two (2) years' experience in a collections accounts officer role. Experience in the resource / mining related services companies highly desirable. KingKira is a traditional Aboriginal owned business with deep market knowledge and strong industry networks to deliver specialized recruitment and labour hire services to clients throughout Western Australia.
Salary of $70K - $75k plus Super
- Mount Pleasant WA Location - Close to Public Transport

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Collections Officer to monitor and control the end-to-end invoicing and receivables functions to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections effectively across the KingKira Group of companies.
