Administration Specialist - Contract Logistics

We are looking for a collaborative and engaging Administrative Specialist to provide support across our warehouse and distribution activities.

Your Role

Your primary objective will be to provide administrative support across our warehouse and / or distribution activities through a variety of tasks. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the following key objectives :

Your Responsibilities

As the Administrative Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Completing all daily administrative duties, including processing receipts, record-keeping, and handling inbound / outbound documentation.
• Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our systems to align with physical inventories.
• Managing financial tasks such as issuing invoices, preparing billing statements, and supporting monthly closing activities.
• Receiving, issuing, and dispatching stock while communicating with customers and team members.
• Ensuring all activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI), and audit standards, while promoting safety, security, and environmental performance.
