Nursing Educator - Aged Care | Wa & Nt | Up To $155K

18th June, 2025 About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Educator to join our passionate team and make a meaningful impact across 11 aged care homes in Western Australia and one in the Northern Territory.

In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, engaging education and training to our clinical and care teams.

This is more than just clinical skills—your role will span leadership, communication, and person-centred care training, ensuring our teams are empowered, confident, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities : Facilitate engaging training sessions across multiple sites (WA and NT).

Design and deliver education programs tailored to various roles and learning styles.

Support clinical governance and professional development across the homes.

Foster a positive learning culture that aligns with our values and standards.

About You : AHPRA-registered nurse with significant clinical and facilitation experience.

Proven ability to deliver education beyond the clinical scope – including soft skills, leadership, and values-based training.

Adaptable and flexible mindset with a strong commitment to aged care.

Willingness to travel across WA and to the Northern Territory (travel supported).
