The Foundation is an iconic West Australian charity with a proud history spanning more than 100 years, and with one single beneficiary, the Perth Children’s Hospital, we are dedicated to ensuring our sick children continue to receive the world class healthcare they deserve.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Chief Impact Officer (CIO) to join our team on the frontline, where patients, families, clinicians, researchers and nurses will inspire you like no other place. About the role

The CIO is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for maximising the impact and reach of the Foundation’s grants program. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO will provide strategic leadership and operational excellence to ensure grants align with and advance the Foundation’s mission.

Leading a small, high-performing, and experienced Grants team, the CIO will drive high-impact grant making and foster strong external partnerships. As a key internal leader, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Board, and cross-functional teams to support the Foundation’s growth and funding goals, ensuring investments deliver measurable, world-class outcomes in children’s healthcare.

You excel at building organisational capacity, leading high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your proven ability to manage complex partnerships and engage diverse senior stakeholders enables you to deliver measurable, impactful outcomes. You think strategically, communicate effectively across all levels, and approach challenges with integrity and innovation.
