Job Title : Change Manager – ICT Projects

Location : Townsville, QLD (Hybrid / Flexible)

Duration : 12-Month Contract

Required Skills And Competencies

5+ years' experience as a Change Manager, ideally in ICT or digital transformation projectsExperience working in government or complex stakeholder environmentsStrong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter)Experience in developing stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plansTertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related fieldChange management certification (e.g., PROSCI) preferredProject management exposure or certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus
