• to join their team. The successful

• under the direction of the Director to improve the capability and interoperability of departmental systems and processes. The successful
• ICT Strategist / Project Support Officer
• will secure an
• initial 12 month contract plus 2 x 6 month extension options
• a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful

• ICT Strategist / Project Support Officer
• will be responsible for, but not limited to :
• Work with a small team and engage across the Department to develop a framework for assessing current state ICT and identifying opportunities from a range of perspectives
• Design and lead the engagement and consultation across the Department on the draft Roadmap, including technical and business areas and Senior Executives.
• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities across government to collaborate and drive benefits for the department
• Work with management team to identify risks that affect project costs, profits, and customer relations.

The successful

• ICT Strategist / Project Support Officer
• will need to meet the following criteria :
• Demonstrated experience in working with strategy or policy development
• Proven ability to analyse data to derive useful information and insights
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
