Join us at The Collaroy Centre, where your creativity in the kitchen helps support programs that make a real difference in people's lives.We're currently seeking a Full-Time Chef to work alongside our dedicated Sous Chef in leading daily kitchen operations, creating delicious meals, and helping build a warm, welcoming experience for our guests.What you will bringPerform specialized cooking tasks including butchery, baking, and pastry work.Assist in supervising and training kitchen staff.Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.Manage inventory, stock rotation, and deliveries.Support the Sous Chef in kitchen planning, production schedules, and prep lists.Occasionally assist with fine dining functions and weekend service.Qualifications and ExperienceCertificate IV, Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).2–3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen or volume catering environment.Sound understanding of dietary requirements and allergen management.Food Safety Supervisor CertificateWhy work for us?Working with us means more than just a job in the kitchen – you'll be part of something bigger.
