The opportunity

We’re looking for a people-focused Operations Manager to lead the team at our popular Iglu Central Park property. This is a unique opportunity to manage a large, purpose-built student accommodation building, overseeing the day-to-day operations while delivering an exceptional resident experience. You’ll also be responsible for driving commercial performance and ensuring outcomes align with the needs of our resident community, university partners, and Iglu’s core values framework.

Key tasks and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following :

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and vibrant living experience for students through strong operational management and a creative community program.
• Lead, support, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a great place to work.
• Oversee the property’s commercial performance including sales, budgets, business planning, and monthly reporting.
