Job Description

Identify and assess new parking site opportunities across WAConduct feasibility studies and market / competitor analysisSupport commercial negotiations with property ownersPrepare internal memos, pitch decks, and board presentationsAttend meetings alongside senior leaders and stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing on new site branding and commsTrack and report on business development KPIsOffice-based, working closely with the State Manager and national team

The Successful Applicant

Recently graduated or up to 2 years' experience in business or commercial rolesDegree in Business, Commerce, Property, or related fieldConfident communicator with a polished, professional presenceAnalytical and detail-oriented when working with data and presentationsCommercially curious with an interest in property and urban developmentEnthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learnComfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partnersThrives in a structured yet fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
