Partner with AHO managers, executives and staff to provide strategic and expert advice and solutions regarding learning and / or leadership development initiatives and practices to help clients build capability to achieve people management, change and business improvement outcomes.
The Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) is a statutory body established under the Aboriginal Housing Act 1998 (NSW) to ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have access to affordable, quality housing.
The AHO is governed by an all-Aboriginal Board, which provides advice to the Minister for Water and Minister for Housing in NSW. In addition, the AHO manages and coordinates an annual capital works program, along with developing and implementing financial and resourcing strategies.

You'll work as part of a dedicated and hard-working team including People & Culture & Workplace Health & Safety leaders. The People Strategy & Development team is a customer-service oriented, problem-solving-minded, roll-up-your sleeves team, with a core purpose of bringing their best every day to support the staff of the AHO and enable AHOs leaders to deliver on wide-ranging business objectives.
The position is based in 4 Parramatta Square, part of the Parramatta Square district, in a modern open plan office environment with all amenities nearby. This is a hybrid position with up to 4 days working in office per week and the rest working remotely. These arrangements may change according to business requirements.
