Base pay range

A$125.00 / hr - A$137.50 / hr

We’re partnering with a large enterprise to engage multiple Security Architects for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. This is a hands‑on architecture role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with delivery teams, reviewing designs early, and ensuring security is embedded before solutions go live.

Please note this role is open to remote candidates across Australia. Candidates must be permanent residents or citizens and ABN contractors.

The role

You’ll be responsible for reviewing and advising on project designs to ensure they align with internal security standards and broader industry best practice. The role is consultative in nature, working alongside project and delivery teams to provide early feedback and guidance, rather than reviewing designs after the fact.

Key responsibilities include :

• Reviewing project design documentation against information security standards, policies, baselines, and industry principles
• Consulting with delivery teams on secure design, providing early and practical feedback to support design uplift
• Completing Security Architecture Reports using a provided template, identifying gaps and risks
• Walking delivery teams through draft findings prior to finalisation
• Updating reports following internal QA review
