Job description

You will be answering and addressing incoming telephone queries, scheduling patient appointments, processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking, maintaining a clean and tidy waiting room, clinic rooms and kitchen, and completing other administrative tasks as required.

This position, given its nature, is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.
