Key Responsibility :
The Sales Support representative will primarily work with Account and Business Development Executives to achieve the company’s Sales / growth objectives, through determining new business opportunities with potential customers and identifying opportunities from existing clients based on current and new strategic plans.
They will also prepare reports, maintain accurate and complete customer account information, and determine pricing quotes for customers. The Sales Support representative will respond to customer enquiries and address these in a professional and timely manner, manage change requests for customer accounts, ensure consistency, accuracy of customer account deliverables, meet customer satisfaction by providing high quality service, provide daily support of business operations to customers, identify business initiatives and improvements.
The Inside Sales Representative will be expected to carry out adhoc duties / tasks as requested by the relevant manager, adopt a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. This position is based at Melbourne office and involves extensive client contact and requires professional presentation, communication, commercial acumen and customer service skills.
