My client is an industry leader servicing the prestigious Eastern Suburbs market. Due to high demand, we are seeking an Associate Agent to work alongside a fast-paced Principal ranked within the top 5 of one of Australia’s largest Real Estate networks. Seeking a driven and self-motivated Associate, you will have the experience and understanding of the entire sales process. This is an opportunity to leverage one of the most recognized names in the industry while working within a fun, progressive and exciting team.

The Role :

Working Monday – Saturday with a day off in lieu, this is a stimulating role that will pipeline your career to become a fully-fledged sales agent in one of the most affluent areas. Assisting with buyers, vendors, prospecting, and sales negotiations, you will be involved in all facets of Sales.

• Prospecting for sales leads in the Eastern Suburbs
• Database management
• Handling phone and email inquiries from buyers
• Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
• Attending marketing appointments and auctions
• Client care & buyer follow-up
• Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers, etc.
• Negotiate sales

The Candidate :

You will be given the opportunity to receive one one-on-one training from a highly experienced, successful recognized agent. You will have a massive amount of energy and will be ambitious, driven, and hungry. A minimum of 1 year’s Real Estate sales experience is required as well as a Certificate of Registration, a reliable car, and a valid driver's license.
