This is a great opportunity for an L2 Desktop Support analyst to join a busy, collaborative team supporting a multi-site environment, delivering high-quality support both remotely and on-site.
About You
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service across all levels of the business.
- Experience in desktop support, field support or end user support roles (3+ years preferred).
- Hands‑on experience supporting PC hardware, end user devices and associated peripherals.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Experience supporting technologies such as AV systems, telephony (VoIP and PABX) or communications infrastructure.
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle required.
About the Role
- Provide Level 1/2 end user support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Deliver both remote and face‑to‑face support across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network‑related issues to restore services quickly.
- Support a range of technologies including end user devices, communications systems and site‑based infrastructure.
- Manage and track incidents through to resolution, ensuring strong user communication throughout.
- Participate in an after‑hours on‑call roster as part of the support team.
