Display Project Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Display Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Melbourne’s western suburbs. This is a full-time, office-based role at our Derrimut Office (8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday).

The Role

As a Display Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality display homes on time and to standard.

Key responsibilities include :

• Coordinating, scheduling and tracking display deliverables from concept to display opening.
• Ensure target commencement and completion dates for displays are delivered.
• Liaising with suppliers, consultants and contractors to ensure accurate documentation is delivered.
• Managing design variations and updating drawings and documentation.
• Organising and attending site visits, ensuring work aligns with documentation.
• Overseeing approvals & permits.
• Document & checking of display designs and producing as displayed brochure plans.
