About The Role
ARC are seeking a motivated individual to join our McGrath’s Hill branch in a Team Leader Operator role. You will have the opportunity to join a small, community minded and high performing team. You will lead the Operators to achieve KPIs and drive a safety‑first culture while advancing your experience in steel processing, pre‑fabrication and distribution.
This role offers day shifts only, rotating weekly between a 6am‑to‑2pm shift or an 8am‑to‑4pm shift.
In addition to rotating shifts each week, you will also have the opportunity to rotate between duties weekly, providing variety in your day‑to‑day work. Duties include but are not limited to loading / unloading trucks, packaging and producing steel products.
You will also be supported by the Australian Reinforcing Company in acquiring the relevant tickets required to manage your role as an operator, while receiving continuous support from the leadership team to develop your skills further.
