About the role

Step into a pivotal leadership position within the Metro North Mental Health Nursing Executive based at the Prince Charles Hospital. As Nursing Director – Mental Health, you will lead the development and delivery of the clinical service plan, shaping care models to meet current and future demand.

• Oversee operations across 3 acute mental health inpatient units at TPCH
• Lead a team of 19 direct and 197 indirect reports
• Drive professional governance, workforce strategy, and research priorities
• Champion safe, person-centred care and optimise access, quality, and outcomes
