Hoban Recruitment are sourcing an experienced

  • APS 4 Level Case Management Support Officer
  • to join our client who are a federal agency.
  • Attractive hourly rate of $43.82 per hour including casual loading plus 11% superannuation.
  • Located in Braddon ACT.
  • Start date is ASAP for an initial 12-months assignment plus possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
  • 37.5 per week Monday to Friday.
  • About the role

The role will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in AAT matters, associated correspondence and organising assessments and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

  • Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to
  • Receiving and registering new AAT matters
  • Analysing and assessing AAT Applications received by the Agency.
  • Preparing and filing Tribunal documents as required for AAT Applications received by the AAB within strict time frames.
  • Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
  • Organising assessments to support the decision making process for case managers.
  • About you
  • Experienced in receiving, registering, analysing and assessing AAT matters
  • You MUST be an
  • Australian Citizen
  • for this role.
  • Be able to pass a National Police and Working With Children Check.
