About The Opportunity
Are you an Aboriginal Mental Health professional ready to support families through trauma, healing, and connection?
Join our Out-of-Home Care / Whole Family Team a Tier 4 specialist mental health service based in Ingleburn where you’ll provide culturally informed, trauma aware care to Aboriginal children and young people in out of home care and Aboriginal families involved in the child protection system or facing complex mental health and drug health issues.
You’ll work across outreach, inreach, and clinic based settings, helping families stay together by improving mental health outcomes through specialist and evidenced based mental health and drug health interventions all while embedding culture at the heart of everything you do.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is your chance to bring clinical expertise and cultural knowledge together ensuring care is respectful, empowering, and aligned with the needs of Aboriginal communities.

SWSLHD Community Mental Health Services provide comprehensive, community-based mental health care across South Western Sydney.
These services cater to different age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and older persons, ensuring specialised care throughout various life stages. The multidisciplinary teams offer a range of supports, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy.
