We are seeking a Senior Associate Commercial Lawyer to join our team. This role will provide the opportunity to achieve your goals, grow, and support the growth of our firm. You will be working closely with the Commercial Partners and having a supervisory and mentoring role to the junior team.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Associate Lawyer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of commercial matters. Your responsibilities will include :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements with precision and commercial insight.
• Leading franchising matters, including structuring, compliance, and documentation.
• Advising clients on complex commercial transactions and providing strategic legal advice.
• Managing client relationships and project deliverables with a strong focus on detail and outcomes.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Working from our Sydney office five days a week and contributing to a dynamic and supportive environment.

You’ll be supported every step of the way with mentoring, training, and a clear development pathway.
