About the Role

We’re searching for an Executive Talent Scout to lead the hunt for our most critical and high-impact leaders, from senior managers to emerging executives who will shape the culture, capability and future of our organisation.

You’ll be our internal head-hunter. Equal parts strategist, connector, and storyteller. Identifying and engaging top talent before they even start looking.

About You

You’re a natural networker who sees potential where others see positions.

• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting or strategic sourcing (in-house or agency).
• Strong relationship and stakeholder skills, able to connect confidently with senior leaders.
• Experience turning market insights into proactive sourcing strategies.
• A curious, agile mindset with a genuine passion for people and purpose.
• A collaborative style that thrives in a values-led environment.

Experience in aged care, community, or healthcare is a plus, but heart and curiosity go further.
