The Executive Director, Product and Quality (ED PQ) plays a pivotal role in shaping North Metropolitan TAFE’s training products to meet industry demands and learner needs.

Guided by economic and social impact, the ED PQ ensures courses, qualifications, and skill sets align with Western Australia’s requirements, considering local and global labour market trends.

Leading innovation in course delivery and assessment, the ED PQ champions :

• Engaging, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences that support individuals at every career stage.
• The adoption of new technologies and teaching methodologies to enhance participation and improve outcomes.
• A strong commitment to universal design, ensuring safe and welcoming learning environments for all.
• In addition to overseeing quality assurance and continuous improvement, the ED PQ fosters the growth and capability of the lecturing workforce by :
• Balancing industry relevance with high-quality training delivery.
