Job descriptionResidential and commercial property transactions – conveyances, disposals, family law transfers, deceased estates Structuring and drafting : call / put options, early access agreements, negative undertakings Off‑the‑plan contracts : drafting, extensions to sunset dates, design / construction variations, strata consolidations / subdivisions Leasing matters : commercial & retail (including shopping centres) Easements and contentious property work including Land and Environment Court of New South Wales matters (Classes 1‑5 : appeals, strata renewals, enforcement proceedings) Has 2‑6 years’ property / development law experience (comfortable with complexity) Can work autonomously while embracing guidance when needed Enjoys variety and challenge, with strong drafting and client‑communication skills Appreciates being part of a team that genuinely supports each other
