As the

• Learning and Development Consultant
• you'll be
• responsible for leading the operational and strategic learning initiatives at Coates.

The role will be based out our Mascot head office, which is a short two-minute walk from Mascot Train Station and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping centres, and gyms.

• A typical day

You'll be managing the full lifecycle of learning and development at Coates, including :

• Identifying and diagnosing learning needs at all stages of employee lifecycle
• Gathering information and designing training programs
• Coaching and mentoring leaders to ensure adoption of learning initiatives
• Presenting and delivering training and inductions
• Evaluating and reporting on outcomes
• What you'll bring to the role
• Relevant experience managing L&D lifecycle
• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience using Learning Management Systems
• Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills
• Comfortable delivering training / inductions
• Cert IV Training & Assessment and / or HR qualification - beneficial
