Metal Fabricator

We are a well-known and trusted Wire Fencing Manufacturing Company, with multiple locations in Smithfield NSW and Coopers Plains, Brisbane QLD who strive to deliver the best possible product & service to our customers. We are in search of eligible and hardworking factory / warehouse workers in both our NSW and QLD locations.

• Examine detailed technical fabrication drawing, blueprint and specification to determine materials and equipment required.
• Follow directions and instructions from Senior Team Member for job schedule.
• Prepare materials, equipment, and machinery as required.
• Operate wire machinery and meet job requirements.
• Weld and fabricate product as per job specification.
• Perform advanced welding using manual metal arc welding processes
• Perform ad hoc factory and warehouse functions.
• Ensure compliance with specifications prior to measurement
• SKILLS DESCRIPTION
• At least an AQF Cert III or Cert IV or equivalent and experience in metal fabrication.
• Strong analytical skills
• Solid time management skills.
• Quality focused with good attention to detail.
• A team player with good English communication skills.
• Be physically fit and have good hand / eye coordination.
• Workplace health and safety awareness.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with qualifications and previous metal fabrication or manufacturing experience.

Pay : $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday
