Remuneration : $64,046.06 - $66,170.25 per annum

Location : Cumberland Hospital, North Parramatta

What you\'ll be doing Join our health service as an Administration Officer Level 2 (Ward Clerk), supporting ward / unit teams with essential clerical and patient services. This role ensures smooth operations and quality care delivery.

  • Provide timely admin support to health care teams
  • Assist patients, visitors and staff courteously
  • Maintain accurate records and patient data systems
  • Support reception and ward / unit service delivery
  • Promote positive customer focus and hospital image

  • Effective communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
  • Proven experience dealing with patients / Clients and their families / carers.
