New Homes Sales Consultant – Residential Home Builder

Location : Box Hill, NSW

Join a reputable and growing volume driven residential home builder with a strong presence in Sydney’s North-West. We’re seeking a motivated and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to be based at our Box Hill display home , helping clients design and build their dream homes.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant , you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the exciting process of selecting and building their new home. You’ll work closely with internal teams across estimating, design, and construction to ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry through to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with new and prospective clients visiting the Box Hill display home or enquiring online.
• Understand client needs and present suitable home designs, inclusions, and packages.
• Prepare detailed quotes, tenders, and supporting documentation.
• Work collaboratively with estimating and drafting teams to finalise contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, referral partners, and repeat clients.
• Manage leads efficiently and achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
• Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity.
