• Warehouse Supervisor
• to lead our brilliant team in
• Cockburn
• Working with a small and close knit team, this critical role will suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, who is a natural problem solver with proven leadership qualities.
• Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties will be varied and will include
• Manage all aspects of the warehouse's day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Supervise all product movements within the warehouse
• Ensure accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement measures to prevent stock outs and overstock situations
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety regulations and procedures to minimise accidents and injuries
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
