The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, mid-tier accounting firm has arisen! This is a busy role requiring an experienced, confident, Administrator. A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must. Experience within the accounting or finance industries will be highly regarded.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will be working within a specialised area of the firm assisting a team of Accountants with the following duties :

New client set-up

Following up documents and correspondence

Liaising with internal and external auditors and undertaking required duties

Arranging travel and accommodation bookings

Compiling of correspondence

Ensuring accuracy of records

Undertaking general administration duties for the team

Billings

Assisting with the preparation of tenders

Develop and maintain templates

Requisite Skills & Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting or financial services firm is ideal

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Experienced with APS, Caseware, Power BI and SugarCRM will be highly regarded

Must enjoy working as part of a team
