Firm Well entrenched, and highly regarded in the Adelaide market, our client is excited to be expanding their Sydney office. They are now seeking to build on their Corporate / M&A expertise with the addition of a Sydney based Corporate / M&A Director. The firm values collaboration, they practice law in plain English and have a strong client service ethos that underpins everything they do. Clients include ASX listed entities, government and semi-government organisations, large corporates, SME’s and HNWI’s and they span across Australia and internationally. The firm is committed to innovation, professionalism, and delivering real commercial outcomes for clients, backed by top-tier expertise and a sharp understanding of the legal and business landscape.

Role

As M&A Director, you will take a leading role in building and delivering the firm's M&A and Corporate advisory practice in Sydney. Working closely with the Adelaide-based corporate team and firm leadership, you will advise on complex transactions, lead client relationships, and play a foundational role in developing our client's Sydney presence. You’ll work with a pre-existing client base with the expectation that you will continue to build the Corporate / M&A client base with a particular focus on ASX listed entities. You will be adept at business development, managing complex transactions, enjoy mentoring, building, and leading a successful team.
