The Role :

This is a full-time role assisting the Property Management team with day-to-day operations, leasing, and tenant management. You’ll be working closely with senior staff and be given the tools, training, and autonomy to grow your career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting the end-to-end leasing process – open homes, applications, and reference checks
• Routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections (all CBD-based properties)
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to provide excellent service
• Supporting senior staff in daily property management functions
• Using company systems including Property Tree, REI Forms, and Inspection Manager

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in property management or leasing preferred (entry-level candidates also considered)
• Current COR & CAR qualifications essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
• Ability to work well within a team environment
