The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (the Commission) was formed on 1 January 2019. We work to improve the lives of older people by maintaining the integrity of the aged care system.
As the single independent regulator of Australian Government aged care services, we offer a variety of interesting and challenging jobs across most capital cities.

About the Team
The People & Culture (P&C) group delivers high quality workforce services to meet the current and predicted demands of the Commission. More specifically, the Employee Relations team are involved in the enterprising bargaining process, consultation processes including with unions and the Commission’s Staff Participation Forum (SPF), People & Culture projects, policy and procedure revision and development, and responding to a variety of complex employee / industrial relations matters.
About the Role
This role supports and facilitates the Commission’s participation in the APS-wide enterprise bargaining process, and manages the enterprise bargaining process (once commenced) to establish a new Enterprise Agreement for the Commission.
