Working within the Group Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing team, the DI&W Consultant role is focused on the delivery of initiatives that enable and underpin the team strategy. Key focus is on supporting the members of the team who lead on our Partnerships, Wellbeing and Accessibility workstreams.

What you'll do :

• Work alongside the D&I Managers, focused on delivering initiatives which drive the strategic plan
• Maintain project plans and meeting outputs
• Co-ordinate activity that supports the progress of project workstreams
• Take responsibility for analysing the effectiveness of projects and initiatives delivered
• Communications and campaign liaison, supporting with presentations, speaking engagements and acting as point person for our D&I Communications partner
• Align primarily to one of our DI&W strands of Wellbeing, D&I Accessibility and Partnerships, with the opportunity to rotate and work across specialisms
• Recognise opportunities and prepare submissions for external recognition and benchmarking
• Coordinate across HR on policy updates, where identified
• Organise meeting cadence
• Lead on admin tasks that support the day-to-day functioning of the team

Your office base : Osterley :

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you'll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Leeds :

Our spacious tech hub is under a mile away from Leeds train station. There's plenty of parking in the surrounding streets and at the nearby CitiPark.

You can also blow off steam over a game of pool or table tennis, and stay fit at our subsidised gym.
