The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Waste team based in Arndell Park, NSW As the Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing customer accounts, increasing revenue and services, and developing and implementing contract management strategies.

This role would suit a motivated, customer focused individual looking to take the next step in their career with a global organisation.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Work across all business units to meet or exceed personal and business sales targets
  • Ensure a continuous quality service is provided to our major client base
  • Identify and secure new business within the current portfolio
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within client business and ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Ensure commitments and obligations between Veolia and its customers are effectively met, by delivering value for money outcomes and managing inherent risk
  • Ability to drive your own career by identifying trends and new market segments
  • What you’ll need to be successful

  • Demonstrated track record within a sales or business development position, managing sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience within the waste industry desirable but not essential
  • Previous use of Salesforce advantageous
  • Knowledge of budgeting process and implementation of relevant business KPI’s
  • Efficient management of time with quality outcomes
