As a Health Hub Customer Service Officer at Teachers Health, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional support face-to-face, over the phone, and via SMS. You’ll help our members access health services, process payments, manage appointments, and ensure their experience with us is seamless and welcoming.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover)
Shifts vary between 7 : 30AM - 6 : 00PM
