Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with management at both Station and Head Office levels to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.-
• Support employee onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.- Maintain current and implement new recruitment policies / procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements and streamlining of recruitment activities.- Assist in employee training, development, and retention initiatives as required.
