This Division provides a central and safe environment to report unethical behaviour across the Department and responds to a range of integrity, behavioural, performance, competency and conduct issues.The Executive Director Management Engagement and Intervention leads the implementation and management of change by driving corruption resistant workforce strategies; and contributing to the integrity framework by providing expert advice; conducting research; analysing organisational systems and cultures; and developing and conducting training and education programs.
The role includes responsibility for the delivery of corruption prevention and education information sessions; employee screening; staff drug and alcohol testing.EligibilityIt is a requirement that the position holder is successful in obtaining a negative vetting level one security clearance as a condition of employment and maintaining the clearance for the duration of their appointment in the position.
