We’re seeking an accomplished Area Manager to lead the operational, financial, and people performance of a diverse portfolio of villages across Sydney Metro, South NSW, and the ACT . This is a pivotal leadership role, driving excellence in service delivery, resident wellbeing, and team engagement.

The Role :

• Lead and empower Village Managers to deliver outstanding resident experiences.
• Oversee budgets, financial outcomes, and capital programs with commercial precision.
• Champion operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong connections with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Support development transitions and key strategic initiatives.
